Preheat oven to 200°C / 180°C fan.
Peel and chop potatoes, boil for 15 minutes until tender.
Meanwhile, brown lamb mince in a large pan, drain excess fat.
Add diced onion and carrots, cook for 5 minutes.
Stir in tomato puree, Worcestershire sauce and stock. Simmer for 15 minutes.
Add frozen peas and cook for 2 more minutes.
Drain potatoes, mash with butter and milk until smooth.
Transfer meat filling to an oven dish, top with mashed potato.
Fork the top for texture, bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
