Slice chicken breast into thin strips and season with salt and pepper.
Chop all vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a large wok over high heat.
Cook chicken for 4-5 minutes until golden. Remove and set aside.

Return chicken to the wok, add soy sauce and ginger.
